1. Who We Are

EMI Calculator & Loan Tracker App (package: emi_trackerapp.vriddhi) is developed and operated by Imnemosyne Technologies Private Limited, 17 Parsodi, Vrundawan Colony, Bhandara – 441906, Maharashtra, India. For the purposes of the DPDP Act, we act as the Data Fiduciary for all personal data processed through this application.

2. What Data We Collect

A. Loan & Financial Data

Stored locally on your device (and optionally in your private Firebase Firestore if you opt into cloud sync).

• Loan details you enter: bank name, amount, EMI, interest rate, tenure
• Payment schedules and amortisation data you generate

B. Account Data (Google Sign-In)

• Your name, email address, and Google account UID when you sign in
• Used solely for cross-device sync and data backup — we never store your password

C. Agent Profile (Loan Agent Pro users only)

• Agent name, phone number, firm name — entered by you for branded PDF reports
• Client CRM data you enter, stored in your private Firestore documents

D. App Usage & Device Data (free-tier users, via Google AdMob)

• Google AdMob may collect device identifiers to serve contextual ads to free users
• Premium and Loan Agent Pro subscribers see no ads — AdMob is fully disabled for them

• Provide loan tracking, EMI calculation, and payment reminders
• Sync your data across your devices via Google Sign-In
• Generate branded PDF reports for Loan Agent Pro users
• Send EMI reminders you have opted into
• Process subscription payments via Google Play or Razorpay
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and policy violations

5. Data Sharing

We share data only with these vetted service providers under strict confidentiality obligations. We do not share data with any analytics company, marketing platform, data broker, or advertiser beyond the below.

6. Data Retention

• Local data — retained on your device until you uninstall or clear app data
• Cloud data — retained until you delete your account or request erasure
• Payment records — retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax law

7. Your Rights (DPDP Act 2023)

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the following rights:

8. Security

• All data in transit is encrypted via TLS 1.2+
• Firebase Firestore data is encrypted at rest
• Access is restricted to authenticated users only (your Google UID)
• We conduct periodic security reviews

9. Children's Privacy

This app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us immediately at ecometsmb@gmail.com.

10. Changes to This Policy

We will notify you of significant changes via an in-app notice at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of EMI Calculator & Loan Tracker App after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
